The City of Irvine, in partnership with Community Action Partnership of Orange County, offers a free monthly grocery box through the Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). Each box contains approximately 30 pounds of food — fresh produce, beans, rice, pasta, cereal, canned and frozen vegetables, juice, dairy, and meat when available.
Pickup is on the second Thursday of every month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, while supplies last.

Income eligibility applies. A household of 1 qualifies with a gross monthly income up to $3,064; a household of 4 up to $6,296. Full guidelines at cityofirvine.org/foodbox.
