今年將再度推出［YMM 青少年心理健康工作坊］, 由專業認證老師和大學生輔導員帶領，引導初高中生建立心理韌性，自助助人，成為心理健康實踐者和積極有愛的陪伴者。
對象： 7-12年級學生
時間： 週五 10/16 ，4-6 pm

💜 Chinese families often have misunderstandings about mental health. As a result, we may miss opportunities to guide our children when they experience stress or negative emotions.

For many years, Orange County Herald Center has been committed to raising mental health awareness in our community. Through love and education, we hope to change attitudes, break down misconceptions, and care for and protect the next generation!

This year, we are once again offering the YMM Youth Mind Matters Workshop, led by Mental Health First Aid certified instructors and counselors. The workshop will help middle and high school students build mental resilience, develop positive coping skills, and become a source of encouragement and support for friends in need.
